Lieberman keep his chair

Bloody hell. Sorry, Senator Reid, if Lieberman's actions weren't worthy of "retribution" then I don't know what is.

As Jane says, "This is about telling you that you mean nothing. That democracy is a nice word, but it should never threaten the entitlement of the most exclusive club in the world. No matter what Joe Lieberman does, the people who are protecting him hate you much more than they hate him."

Update: Howard Dean says the Senate Democrats were following Obama's lead. Somehow that doesn't make me feel any better. I do hope Lieberman remembers who saved his sorry ass and votes accordingly, but I'm not holding my breath. Once a traitor, always a traitor.
