Poll Watching

I've been reluctant to post about polls lately because they have been so in flux and they really mean next to nothing, but today's Washington Post/ABC News numbers are just too good to ignore. After being down to John McCain by two points just a few weeks ago Barack Obama is now up by a significant nine points. It's 52%-43%. Breaking 50% is big. This makes me happy.

Also, Sarah Palin's numbers are dropping like a stone. Maybe America cares about issues after all. Maybe.
