My Kool Aid turns bitter

I know I should be disappointed about a lot of things coming from Obama's mouth, and that I overlook a lot of things in hopes of getting someone who was smart enough to speak out against the war and who is not named Clinton or Bush into the White House, but this from Obama during last night's ridiculous faith something-or-other forum on CNN is just plain wrong [the context is reducing HIV/AIDS in Africa]:
But I also think that -- keep in mind, women are far more likely to be infected now between the ages of 18 and 25 than are men. And that's why focusing, for example, on the status of women, empowering women, giving them microbicides, or other strategies that would allow them to protect themselves when they sometimes in certain situations may not be able to protect themselves from having unprotected sex, all those things are going to be just as important, as well.
Holy crap, dude, it's called fucking rape. How would you feel if your daughters found themselves in a situation that they "may not be able to protect themselves from having unprotected sex"? You'd go batshit insane, head right to the fucking police, and file rape charges.

I am deeply disappointed here.

[H/T to Kate and Liss for always helping me learn.]
