Still kicking the can

Juan Cole's Top Ten Myths about Iraq 2007 reminds us, once again, that the Bush brand of denial is the strongest of all. With Washington once again resorting to the baseless "we are winning" story line (yes, I know violence is down, down to fuckin' horrible from absolutely fuckin' horrible) it's important to remember that winning for this brainwashed, and brainwashing, bunch simply means keeping a lid on Iraq just long enough for it to be the next administration's problem. The kicking of the can continues down the road.
