Iraq Oil Production

Things are going so well in Iraq, a country famously "swimming" in oil, that...

a recent GAO report stated an additional $57 billion in U.S. tax dollars will be needed to bring oil and electricity production to the level where it can satisfy Iraq’s domestic demand by the year 2015.

The Iraqi economy is oil production. Our own estimates suggest that Iraq won't even be able to meet it's own meager oil needs for another 8 years?!?
