Dear Hallibuddies,

I'm so sorry you have made the decision to leave the United States for Dubai. I just wanted to make you one more offer to see if I can't convince you to stay. I've talked to the president and he's cool with giving you guys complete tax and prosecutorial immunity if you wanted to keep your headquarters here at home. The Congress doesn't have to know any of this (Gonzo has assured me that it's all constitutional). So call me, I think we can work things out. Be good ;-) and we'll talk soon.
