Drum beat, drum roll, drum stick, drum line, no matter the drum, no matter the denial, the case for war with Iran goes forward. Today, the NYT continues the trend and brings us an unquestioned, anonymously sourced look at the slow churn of administration propaganda. This time it's about the deadliest bombs evah and although "the picture is not entirely complete" that doesn't stop the White House from asserting that these roadside bombs are being imported from Iran. If it all sounds remotely familiar, it should, because once again, thanks to the NYT--the only place to go when you want to legitimize half-truths and all-out lies--what is really going on today is the Iraqification of the intelligence on Iran.
