Waiting (Updated w/ results)

This has been the longest day of my life. Getting work done was near impossible. But close we are, real close.

So, where do we stand? Turnout has been good. Early exit polls tend toward a national referendum and an edge for the Dems. Voting irregularities were everywhere, but none better than this. And Keith Olbermann is hosting MSNBC's election coverage as an equal with Chris Matthews. It's gonna be a good night. Fingers crossed. Change is afoot.

Oh, and screw Laura Ingraham.

UPDATE: Yay! Little Ricky is gone. Strickland is gone. Even if all else turns south from this point forward I will be happy.

UPDATE II: Lieberman wins, fuck. Can you imagine how smug he will be now?

UPDATE III: The king moderate Republican, Chafee, loses. Wow, this is going to be a big Dem night.
