Unfinished Business

Our favorite prosecutor is back in action. From the Associated Press:
Special counsel Patrick Fitzgerald early Wednesday went before a federal grand jury looking into the leak of the identity of undercover CIA officer Valerie Plame.

Fitzgerald's unfinished business includes White House deputy chief of staff Karl Rove, who was under investigation when the previous grand jury that indicted Libby expired.

UPDATE: NBC is reporting that Karl Rove will be testifying before the grand jury today. Maybe the fifth time will be a charm. Here's to hoping a foot meets mouth today.

UPDATE II: Too much Fitz information got you down? Is Rove a "target" or isn't he? For all things leak please head on over to FireDogLake. The ladies of the house will keep you informed.
