Election Theft in the Name of the Father

Mark Crispin Miller, professor of Media Studies at New York University, and author of "Fooled Again: How the Right Stole the 2004 Election & Why They'll Steal the Next One Too (Unless We Stop Them)" on the movement behind the theft of recent American elections:
What happened last year [2004] is unprecedented in it's scale, in it's technological sophistication, and, most importantly, unprecedented in the kind of' wild, theocratic hositilty against Democracy itself. This is a movement that really is opposed to The Enlightenment. It is not conservatism. It has nothing to do with limiting the size of government. It has nothing to do with fiscal prudence. It's got nothing to do with any of that. It's a crazy, basically religious movement, that's trying to turn the clock way, way back...to centuries ago.
